eLearning Modules
I have designed and developed various eLearning modules to serve as pre-work and review sessions for new employee onboarding programs. Additionally, I have created eLearning module templates for future company use, ensuring consistency across the board.
Participation Guide / Workbook Design
I have created a participation guide for the new employee onboarding program. Additionally, in my role as an educator, I have developed booklets for K-12 educational programs.
Infographic Design
I have designed and developed a series of infographics as an instructional design intern aimed at introducing the working process, responsibilities, and skill sets to my colleagues. These infographics are intended to enhance future cross-team collaborations. Additionally, in my role as an educational program manager, I have created posters for educational programs.
Assessment Development
I have developed assessments to be integrated into MOOC courses at the university level, as well as post-assessments for corporate training programs in the form of written exams or Qstream.
Data Collection & Analysis
I have transformed traditional PDF forms into Qualtrics toolkits to enable real-time, accurate, and continuous data collection and analysis of the leadership training programs.
Program Evaluation
I have had the opportunity to design and conduct a program evaluation for the JED Campus Program at the University of Southern California. This project was undertaken in collaboration with a team of three educational professionals.
